Some days are difficult. The politics of modern life can really bring me down, if I let them. I am an art teacher, and the career that I have dedicated my life to is under attack. If the people in power have their way, there will be no more Art or Music classes in Florida public schools.
But. I never get down. Ever. I will continue to fight with every fiber of my being against this evil plot to destroy public schools. I will teach each moment as if it was my last. And I will celebrate life with one thing that always raises my spirits.
